Kontek Industries acquires Stonewater Control Systems
Kontek Industries today announced their strategic acquisition of Stonewater Control Systems. Kontek Industries made the acquisition of Stonewater Control Systems to enhance their core product offerings within the Nuclear Plant Security space through Stonewater's Control1st solutions. Stonewater will help develop the "Smart Perimeter/Smart Barrier" product along with Kontek's Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with Sandia National Labs. Kontek looks to continue to grow Stonewater's Energy1st software-as-a-service (SaaS) product offerings in the dynamic Utility and Commercial and Industrial energy management market.
